This is one site that I check often; especially on an icy snowy morning like this. The Ontario Ministry of Transportation has their highway traffic cameras hooked up to the internet so that at any time, you too can see the crappy driving conditions in the GTA.
If you've ever wondered what city in North America has the busiest highways, look no further; Toronto is it (Yeah, we win!). The cameras refresh every five minutes, so it's not a "live" shot per se, but you can tell what the traffic is like and that's what's important.
This site also links to the traffic cameras in Ottawa (our nation's capital). The traffic there is like a Sunday afternoon in summer in T.O. but those cameras refresh every few seconds, so there is more action to watch.
