If you haven't already, and you are running windows 2000 or XP, click on the picture above and download Microsoft's new spyware checker. It's about time Microsoft did something for us in this area, and they have done a pretty good job. This spyware checking software is better than either Spybot or Adaware, but I would still run those two as well just to be on the safest of safe sides.
