I covered toast.net not too long ago and here is another really good bandwidth tester. cnet has quite a few utilities on their main site from helping you find a new ISP to getting a new ring tone for your phone. The bandwidth speed test is probably the most useful, and frankly, anything that tells me that the bandwidth speed I'm getting from my cable internet provider is in excess of a T1 line is alright by me (Rogers rocks!)
