OK, confession time, I can't draw. Well, I do a little alien character thing called a Greeble that is really just a fat stick figure with antennae but I wouldn't call that "drawing".
Anyway, I came across this free animation software called Pivot Stickfigure Animator from a gentleman named Peter Bone. While I'm still just figuring it out, it seems pretty easy to use. The program comes with a few pre done stick figures but you can make your own and animate them to create little stickfigure movies.
There is even and MSN group for Pivot with animations created by users of the program - pretty funny stuff. The program has its limits of course, but it's a lot of fun - and its free!
