So, today we were faxed an article taken from a local newspaper’s web site from May of 2004. We wanted to get a better copy of it so that we could send the information on to our clients. We accessed the web site, only to find that the article had been archived, but the paper would sell me a copy of it if I liked. A quick search in Google brought me to the article I wanted, but the link only pointed to the page where I could make arrangements to fork over the dough. I went back to the Google Results page, and clicked on the “cached” link, and voila! The article was there, in its original state.
So, keep that in mind when you find what you want in a Google search, but the link no longer works, check out the cached pages link at the end of the result.
Google = GOLD!
